HORSES ENTERING TENNESSEE:
All horses and mules will need a negative Coggins test to enter
trail ride according to state law.
FREE BELT BUCKLE:
Must attend one full week for 5-10-15 years.
CAMPSITE RESERVATION:
* Campsite reservation fee is $10.00 per site.
Campsites are reserved for
FULL WEEK ONLY.
Campsites are reserved only
after receiving your deposit.

Bird Song Trail Ride, Inc.,
may not be able to guarantee your first choice due to earlier
reservations, but we will try to reserved the campsite you
request or the next nearest open site.

Campsites (with electrical
hook-ups) which are not reserved before the ride begins will be
used on a first come first serve basis.

Primitive campsites
available - on a first come first serve basis.

If you
call to make reservations - Your campsite and/or Stalls will be
held 10 days - If deposit is not received within 10 days - It
goes to the next person.

If you mail in a deposit
for a full week and you have not arrived by Tuesday noon of the
ride or called; your campsite and stalls will be rented.

MEALS:
All You Can Eat * Buffet Style
Fee includes three meals per day; beginning with Monday
Breakfast and ending with Sunday Breakfast. Meals will be available
Saturday and Sunday prior to ride at reasonable cost.

Eat All You Want - But Don't Feed Your Dogs!
ENTERTAINMENT:
Country-Western Music; Dancing; "Horse and Tack
Auction"; Family Games - Sunday night prior to ride is "Getting
Together Night" - Drawings for Gifts.

Coverd box stalls (8'x8') * Bedding Available
NOTE: If you hold
stalls not needed until arrival date - you will be charged for them.

HORSE HAY:
Hay will be available at reasonable prices.
